• 10/22、23日由慈濟大學主辦的北二區15所學校新進教師研習營在宜蘭熱烈開展。
• 來台灣學習華語的慈濟大學語言教學中心12位學員，利用假日(10/17)到花蓮縣東海岸海厝假日學校擔任語言志工。
• 慈濟大學兒童發展與家庭教育學系五位同學和張麗芬老師，到新社國小帶領當地小朋友用相機記錄家鄉故事。
